PURPOSE: To preven the printing data from beeing erased when the lacking of the sheets of paper and the fault of a printer occur on the way of printing by printing and displaying the fault content for each type classification, thus, making it easy to watch the fault content and shortening the time to take to search the heavy fault, etc., even when a printer and a display having the small number of the printable characters per one line are used.

CONSTITUTION: When the information at a monitoring object side is fetched, the information is classified for each type classification set beforehand, by an arithmetic part 10, and after the information is stored for each type classification by a storing part 14, out of the information for each type classification stored in the storing part 14 by the arithmetic part 10, the information of the type classification corresponding to the inputted selecting content is selected, and the information is supplied to the output equipment such as a display 2, a printer 4 and a MODEM 5 by a case number displaying control part 11, a displaying control part 12 and a printing control part 13.
