This device is provided with a detector 2 monitoring the state of the equipment composing an electroacoustic equipment, that is, an amplifier 1, detecting any abnormality of this amplifier 1 when the abnormality is generated in the amplifier and outputting the abnormality detection signal according to the abnormality state, and a CPU 3 loading the sound message corresponding to this abnormality detection signal from a voice message data memory 4 when the abnormality detection signal is outputted and transmitting the voice message to the location which is away from the electroacoustic equipment, that is, the prescribed telephone set 7 installed in a manager's room via a modem 5 and a public telephone line 6.
