Abstract:
To provide a monitoring device, an electric facility, and a gas sensor capable of detecting overheating of a monitoring object before firing.SOLUTION: In a monitoring system 400, a monitoring device of an electric facility 200 monitors overheating of a monitoring object. The monitoring device includes: a gas sensor 104 for detecting a gas component vaporized from an electric appliance 202 being a monitoring object; and a detection section 106 for detecting whether a monitoring object is in an overheating state on the basis of a detection result of a gas component in the gas sensor. The gas sensor detects at least one kind of gas components among three kinds of gas components, i.e. 1-butanol, 2-ethyl and 1-hexanol, and triisopropylbenzene.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
