To provide a system for accurately and economically monitoring a rupture of a tension material used in a concrete structure over a long period of time.
The monitoring system includes a plurality of measuring units and main processors. The measuring unit includes a sensor for detecting an elastic wave, a memory for storing data detected by the sensor, and a controller for transmitting information that the sensor detects the elastic wave exceeding a reference level to the main processor and transmitting the stored data in response to a command from the main processor. The main processor commands each measuring unit to transmit the data stored in the memory after receiving the information from the measuring unit, and analyzes the data transmitted from each measuring unit.
