Abstract:
To provide a monitoring system capable of easily monitoring a state of a person in a detection target area such as a house, a monitoring method and a program.SOLUTION: A position of a detection target apparatus in a detection target area is detected. On the basis of a relation between a position of a facility in the detection target area and the position of the detection target apparatus in the detection target area, a retention time of the detection target apparatus in the vicinity of the facility is measured.
