Title:
MOOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3146125
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a moor capable of suppressing the intrusion of dusts such as sands and straw wastes into a boss of a bearing and preventing the breakage of an oil seal by installing a fin suctioning outer air through a drip hole and letting it rise and swirl at the inner periphery of a dustproof cover.
CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft 2B of a cutting blade is freely rotatably supported through a bearing 10 on a bearing boss 9 of a cutting blade housing 1 and a cutting blade 4A is fitted on the lower end of the cutting blade driving shaft 2B by a volt 11 in the shaft core direction. A bowl-shaped dustproof cover 16, whose upper side is open, is placed between the cutting blade 4A and the bearing boss 9. The cover 16 is rotatable integrally with the cutting blade-driving shaft 2B and has a drip hole 18. A fin 17 is placed on the inner periphery of the dustproof cover 16 for suctioning outer air through the drip hole 18 and making it rise and swirl. Further, the fin 17 is preferably formed by cutting out the dustproof cover 16.
