To provide a motor control device and a power conversion device that can improve the accuracy of motor control.SOLUTION: A control device performs motor control processing. The control device acquires detected currents Iu, Iv, and Iw as current acquisition values in a motor control processing step S102. In step S103, the control device determines whether it is in a zero-cross state. If it is not in the zero-cross state, the control device 40 proceeds to step S104 to set the detected currents Iu, Iv, and Iw as calculated currents Iup, Ivp, and Iwp. If it is in the zero-cross state, the control device 40 proceeds to step S105 to generate filter currents Iuf, Ivf, and Iwf from the detected currents Iu, Iv, and Iw by filtering processing.
