Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller capable of shortening an operation time of a motor.SOLUTION: The motor controller calculates a torque margin degree Y that is a difference between output torque Tout of the motor and load torque TL, and sets an electrification changeover term Tch shorter as the torque margin degree Y is greater. Thus, by changing the electrification changeover term Tch in accordance with the torque margin degree Y, a rotation speed of a rotor can be accelerated while suppressing a loss of synchronism. Namely, in the case where the torque margin degree Y is relatively great, a possibility of the loss of synchronism is reduced, thereby shortening the electrification changeover term Tch to accelerate the rotation speed of the rotor. Thus, in comparison with the conventional case where the electrification changeover term Tch is fixed, the time for a rotational position of the rotor to reach a target position can be shortened.
