To provide a motor having an automatic balance equipment capable of solving unnecessary vibration in a wide rage from low speed rotation to high speed rotation and also enabling to generate strong torque with low-profile and to provide a disk device using the motor.
In the motor, an axis of rotation 11, coil sheets 15 formed in a thin board-shape with covering winded coils 19 by flexible insulating materials and a magnet 16 shaped like a cylinder and magnetized more than one magnetic pole on the cylindrical-shaped surrounding plane are equipped, while placing the coil sheets 15 in a ring shape and placing concentrically with keeping a predetermined space to the magnet 16, a ring-shaped balanced room 52 fixed to the axis 11 and more than one balancer ball 51 stored inside of the room 52 are equipped, and a position of an orbital plane of the balls 51 is placed at almost the same position of a driving plane of the magnet 16.
