PURPOSE: To eliminate buzz of the motor for cine camera at the start of drive and prevent an irregular recording by controlling the motor drive by which film frames of a cine camera are fed with a sensor, and by driving the motor at its start at a high speed in order to avoid an over-exposure at the start of exposure.
