Abstract:
To continue operation without stopping a system by monitoring the load rate and the inner temperature of an apparatus or the load rate and the temperature of a motor thereby preventing the load rate and the inner temperature of the apparatus or the load rate and the temperature of a motor from rising.
The motor drive controller comprises a motor, a circuit for controlling the motor, an analog means for detecting the temperature in the control circuit, and an operating unit for operating an inner temperature distribution based on the detection temperature value of the analog temperature detecting means wherein the operating unit calculates the timing for replacing a lifetime component.
