Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of the corner parts, t facilitate the assemblying work, and to enhance the performance by forming the outer configuration of a stator core in a rectangular shape, expanding the width of the corner parts and providing the lamination fixing holes of the stator core in said corner parts. CONSTITUTION:A driving motor 12 is provided with the stator 14, and a rotor 15 surrounded by said stator. Around the outer periphery of said stator 14, is coupled a cooling air guide cylinder 16 whose cross sectional area is circular. The opening of the guide cylinder 16 is blocked by a partitioning frame 23, and a bearing part 24 is formed at the center of said partitioning frame 23. The stator core 31 which constitutes the stator 14 of the motor 12 is of an approximately rectangular shape. The yoke width by1 of each corner part contacting the cooling air guide cylinder 16 is broad. The lamination fixing hole 32 is provided at each corner part having said wide yoke width by1. In this constitution, the increase in the iron loss can be prevented, the performance can be enhanced, and the assemblying work can be readily performed.
