Abstract:
PURPOSE: To very simply and accurately carry out the measurement of motor currents by sampling the motor current signals for feedback control which are detected by servo MPVs at intervals of a given time.
CONSTITUTION: By sampling motor currents being detected by servo MPVs 40 at intervals of a given time and measuring the loads of motors 30 from the motor current signals, motor current signals from optional numbers of driving motors 30 is optional positions are taken out. Thus, by processing the motor current signals detected from a plurality of driving motors 30 in the entire NC machine tool, the load information of a plurality of driving motors 30 can be simultaneously processing and analyzed.
