Title:
MOTOR FOR MAGNETIC RECORDER/PLAYER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07241055
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a motor in which the play of ball bearing can be absorbed even if the number of components is decreased and the size of component is reduced as small as possible.

CONSTITUTION: Ball bearings 51a, 51b are fitted to a bearing part 49. A magnet 53 in a rotor 54 is attracted toward a fixed board 47 and the attraction force acts on a rotary shaft 52 as a force P in the thrust direction. The force P acts through the bearing applying part 77 of the rotary shaft 52 onto the outer race 74b of an upper ball bearing 51b thence onto the outer race 74b of a lower ball bearing 51a. A plurality of ball bearings 51a, 51b hold the balls 74c between the outer race 74b and inner race 74a thus absorbing the play.
