Title:
MOTOR ROLLER CONTROLLER AND CONVEYOR SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3632060
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a brushless motor controller to supply information on the revolution of a brushless motor to other control systems.
SOLUTION: A magnetic pole detecting portion 9 is fed with a signal (magnetic pole detection signal) related to the position of a rotor from a Hall element in a motor roller 4, subjects the signal to pulse waveform processing or the like, and supplies a processed signal to a current switching portion 8. The current switching portion 8 controls current to a stator according to the processed signal obtained from the magnetic pole detecting portion 9, and implements the revolution of the motor roller 4. A control portion 7 is supplied with a control signal, such as motor on/off (revolution, stop), from a sequencer 20. A processed signal based on this signal is supplied from the control portion 7 to the current switching portion 8. A pulse generating portion 19 is fed with the magnetic pole detection signal from the Hall element to produce a pulse waveform signal and outputs the pulse waveform signal to an external output terminal 11a. The pulse waveform signal is supplied from the external output terminal 11a to an higher level control system through a signal line 14.
