Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable easy installation and fine adjustment of flow, installing a stator and a rotor of the motor oppositely to cover the outer surface of the transpotation pipe, by connecting a rotating ring of the rotor to the switching drive unit of the throttle valve. CONSTITUTION:A motor switchgear is constructed with an outer frame 1, a stator 2, a rotor 3, and installed to the cylinder 10. While, a diaphragm mecahism is constructed with a rotating ring 4 fixed to the rotor 3 of the motor switchgear and diaphragm blade 5. When the voltage is applied to the rotor 2, rotating magnetic field is produced, the rotor 3 rotates through the bearing 6, giving the switching motion to the diaphragm blade 5 by a rotating ring 4. Thereby, since the switchgear and the motor equipment are in a body for minimization, the installation is not limitted. Additionally amount of opening in the transpotation line can be caught straight to 0-100% with direct proportion characterlistics.
