CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rollers 26 with circular peripheries consisting of permanent magnets are arranged between a rotor 12 with circular periphery and a circular rolling face 24 provided to surround that rotor 12, so that they may contact with those rotors 10 and rolling face 24, and while supporting the rotors 10 rotatably through these plural rollers 26, the rotor 10 is rotated by the magnetic attraction or the resiliency between the rotor 10 and the rollers 26, and also the rollers 26n are revolved along the rolling face 24 while rotating around their own axes.
