Abstract:

To obtain a structure for easily mounting a hanger for a family Buddhist altar and hanging scroll which can prevent the altar and a room from being filled with the smell of sticks of incense and smoke.

A forced smoke discharging device 4 is mounted to a ceiling 2 within a family Buddhist altar 1, and a filter is releasably mounted to the device 4, whereby when sticks of incense 11 are burned, the device 4 is automatically actuated by a smoke sensor 12 to effect deodorizing and removal of smoke. Next, for mounting a hanger for a hanging scroll to the interior of the altar 1, one or two holes are formed in a hanger mount member so as to be close to each other, and the hanger is inserted into the holes so as to break a thin hole wall 16 between the holes, so that the position of the hanger can be adjusted by a clamping action of the broken hole wall and the width of the hole, whereby the hanger can be fixed according to the length of the scroll or the size of the altar, and can be hidden when not required.
