Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a plurality of electric circuit board without any gap by successively inserting first and second electric circuit boards into a groove formed in an electric circuit box provided on an air conditioner and disposing them in the same flat plane, and disposing a substrate spacer having a groove in which an end of each electric circuit board is fitted between both electric circuit boards.
SOLUTION: An electric circuit box 9 disposed in an air conditioner has a pair of grooves 22, each of which grooves is formed with a rib 9A and a bottom surface and a side surface 9B of an L shaped corner. Upon assembling of the electric circuit box, an electric circuit board 23 is first inserted into the groove 22 from an opening side and is forced to slide to a predetermined position, and then a fixing part 27 of a base spacer 26 is inserted into the groove 22 and is forced to slide up to the predetermined position whereby an end of the electric circuit board 23 is fitted into the insertion groove 28 of the base spacer 26. Then, the electric circuit board 24 is inserted into the groove 22 and is forced to slide to the predetermined position, and thereafter a stopper 25 located on the opening side of the electrical package box 9 is hooked on the end of the electric circuit board 24. Hereby, both electric circuit boards 23, 24 are prevented from being moved and disengaged.
