Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesive strength of a flexible circuit board to a liquid crystal panel and to reduce mounting area. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal layer is held with substrates of glass, resin, etc., to obtain a liquid crystal panel and part of the circuit pattern 4 of a flexible circuit board 3 is connected to the lead terminal 2 of an electrode far driving the liquid crystal panel 1 by 0.3-2.5mm width with an electric conductive adhesive or an anisotropic electric conductive film 5. At this time, a corner of the panel 1 at the connecting part is beveled 8 by 0.2-1.7mm so that the adhesive overflowing at the time of adhesion stays and cures at the beveled part.
