Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a mounting structure for a module with superior noise- proof characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: In a structure where an optical module having a substrate section in which a ground plane 8g is formed on the opposite side of the mounting surface where an electronic part 4 is mounted is mounted on a printed cooling board 7 having a ground plane 7g, it is characterized that optical module is arranged on a ground plane 7g of the printed circuit board 7, and the optical module is mounted on the printed cooling board 7, with the mounting surface being positioned between the ground surface 8g of the optical module and the ground surface 7g of the printed cooling board 7.
