PURPOSE: To make each pitch of paired projections for positioning securable wide enough even if a linear portion at a flange end face of a fender panel is short and also its accurate positioning performable even if there is an error in the pitch as well as to enable it to perform form adjustment between the fender panel and a lamp assembly in an easy manner.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of projections 16 and 17 are installed in a vehicle lamp assembly 5 to be assembled in an end part 2a of a fender panel 2. On the other hand, a hole part 19 is formed in the end face 2a of the fender panel 2 and simultaneously a notch 20 is formed in an inner surface side of the end face 2a of the fender panel 2, and the projection on one side is inserted into the hole part 19 of the fender panel 2 and a part of an outer peripheral surface of the projection 17 on the other is made to come into contact with the notch of the fender panel 2, whereby the lamp assembly 5 is positioned aright, and under this condition, this lamp assembly 5 is attached to a car body (for example, a front panel).
