PURPOSE: To aim at easy attaching and safety by providing a longitudinal roller for enlarging the diameter of a tire and mousse fitted to the wheel of a rotary table, and a horizontal roller for pressing these tire and mousse downward to fix them fittingly to the wheel, and making these rollers revolvable.

CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 3c and a supporting rod 3d advancing/receding by a handle 3e are provided at the upper end of an elevating part 3a elevated by the handle 3b of a column 3, and a selected adaptor 4 is removably clamp- fixed to a rotary table 2 by locking claws 2e advancing/receding by the rod 2c of a cylinder 2b. The peripheral edge part of the adaptor 4 is provided with a groove 4c into which the lug part of a wheel 5 is fitted, and a longitudinal roller 6 is rotatbly fixed to the rotary shaft 3h of the fitting plate 3g of a supporting plate 3f fixed to the supporting rod 3d so as to enable the diameter enlargement of a tire. A horizontal roller 7 with the inclined face is rotatably journalled to a supporting shaft 7b horizontally provided at a fitting plate 7a suspended from the supporting plate 3f so as to press the side part of a tire downward, thus fixing the tire fittingly to the wheel 5. Attaching can be thereby performed safely and easily.
