The movable visitor ID acquiring device is used for an information distribution device for receiving information including visitor ID for identifying a visitor from a visitor ID acquiring device, and for distributing contents to a portable terminal being the target of distribution based on the received visitor ID. This device is provided with a receiving part for reading the visitor ID from the portable terminal and a recording medium carried by the visitor in which the visitor ID is stored and a transmitting part for wirelessly transmitting the visitor ID received by the receiving part to the information distribution device.
