PURPOSE: To obtain an optical recorded data reproducer having a relatively simple structure by a method wherein a DC motor performs parallel movement with a constant speed and piezoelectric actuators perform repeated parallel movement with a constant period and, further, in order to have a period while the directions of both the movements are opposite to each other in common, a certain time of a stational state is provided periodically.
CONSTITUTION: Left and right parallel movement columns 60a and 60b are fixed to a base 70 and, further, a movable table 80 can be moved in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the base 70. The rotary movement of a DC motor 40 is converted into a parallel movement by driving gears 40 and a driving belt 50 to drive the movable table 80. Left and right piezoelectric actuators 20a and 20b are fixed to the movable table 80 and, further, a CCD sensor 10 is fixed to the movable positions of the piezoelectric actuators 20a and 20b. At that time, the CCD sensor 10 can be moved in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the base 70 relatively to the movable table 80. An optical recording sheet 100 is so fixed as to be in parallel with the movable table 80 and to have its data part 101 face the CCD sensor 10 side.
