Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set a device to be of a perfect non-contact system and prevent dust from being generated, by using magnetism in any cases of a propelling force and a bearing force, to apply the magnetism to. CONSTITUTION:A running rail 1 is provided with primary coils 11 for working on a reaction plate (a) fitted on a truck A and applying a propelling force to, a rail 12 for working on a mechanically levitating coil (b) set on the truck A and applying a levitating force to, and a guide rail 13 for guiding the truck A horizontally and vertically. When the truck A is carried to the running rail of a moving device from a normal running rail X1, then exciting polarities to the primary coils 11 of the running rail are inverted to stop the truck A. After that, a driving gear 3 is worked, and a bearing section 2 is moved to an adjacent running rail X2 along a guide strut 4. Also while the truck A is carried from the running rail X1 to the running rail X2, the truck A is carried in a levitated state.
