Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mower capable of smoothly and readily cutting down grass, turf grass or the like planted all over a surface. SOLUTION: This mower is obtained by placing a carriage equipped with a mowing device so as to be movable on operating rails 7 and 8, on the other hand, arranging conveying cars 11 for conveying the carriage on the side at the ends of the operating rails 7 and 8 so as to be movable, installing conveying rails 65 and 66 for carrying the carriage thereon on the conveying cars 11 and enabling the carriage to move between the conveying rails 65 and 66 and the operating rails 7 and 8. The mower is composed by installing a movement checking means 89 for checking the movement of the carriage, interlocking and connecting a releasing means 74 for releasing the movement checking state to the movement checking means 89, interlocking and connecting the releasing means 74 to the conveying cars 11, operating the releasing means 74 in a state of the operating rails 7 and 8 connected to the conveying rails 65 and 66 interlocking with the movement of the conveying cars 11 so as to release the movement checking state of the movement checking means 89.
