Abstract:
To provide a new molecule for immuno-regulatory and enhancing actions.
An isolated peptide or polypeptide containing an amino acid sequence: VSIGLSFPMLP or its analog or derivative, wherein the peptide or polypeptide has a characteristic for enhancing an immuno-response against an antigen, when administered in a mammal. In an embodiment, the peptide or polypeptide has a length of 11 amino acid bases to 200 amino acid bases. In another embodiment, the peptide or polypeptide has a length of 11 amino acid bases to 20 amino acid bases. In the other embodiment, the peptide or polypeptide contains the amino acid sequence.
