Abstract:
To provide a slurry treatment facility that can properly treat drainage slurry foaming even when excavating improved ground containing concrete structures and cement, etc., constructed underground, using the slurry shield method and slurry propulsion method.SOLUTION: A slurry treatment facility 10 is used for the slurry shield method or slurry propulsion method, and has an adjustment tank 20 for storing the drilling slurry, a slurry pipe 40 for supplying the drilling slurry from the adjustment tank to a drilling machine 60, a drainage slurry pipe 41 for recovering from the drilling machine the slurry with excavated soil generated by the drilling machine, and a sediment separator 23 for separating sediment from drainage slurry. During operation of the drilling machine, a foam suppressor is added to the drilling slurry in the slurry pipe or to the drainage slurry before being put into a dewatering sieve 25 of the sediment separator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
