Abstract:
To provide a multiple spindle inertial force sensor having a configuration in which even when one of sensors becomes undetectable, a motion corresponding to the main spindle of the undetectable sensor can be detected.SOLUTION: Each of blocks 102, 103, 129, 130 has a positioning part 127 which determines a position with relation to a contact party. A pedestal base 128 is constructed by being assembled into a state where relative position of each of the blocks 102, 103, 129, 130 is determined based on the positioning part 127 and a state where each of inclined planes 107, 112, 133, 138 faces a different direction. Each of sensors 104, 105, 131, 132 is arranged on each of the inclined planes 107, 112, 133, 138 of the pedestal base 128 so that each of main spindles faces different direction, and each of sensors detects a vector component of inertial force corresponding to the main spindle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
