PURPOSE: To obtain a sheet having excellent transparency, shock resistance, formability and heat resistance and being free of discoloration due to exposure to UV rays, by composing a sheet of a thermoplastic polyester containing ethylene terephthalate units as a main constituent and a specified aromatic polycarbonate.

CONSTITUTION: A sheet comprises at least two kinds of layers, one layer A made of a thermoplastic polyester containing ethylene terephthalate units as a main constituent, and another layer B made of a resin composition, which comprises a thermoplastic polyester containing ethylene terephthalate units as a main constituent and an aromatic polycarbonate obtained from 1,1-bis(4- hydroxyphenyl)-1-phenylethane and carbonic acid. The resin composition constituting the layer B has an aromatic polycarbonate content of at least 10 wt.%. The thermoplastic polyester containing ethylene terephthalate units as the main constituent is a polyester consisting mainly of a dicarboxylic acid and a glycol, in which at least 50 mol% of all ester group units are ethylene terephthalate units. The thermoplastic polyester is preferably polyethylene terephthalate.
