The binder can be produced by polymerizing an alkyl (meth)acrylate in the presence of a molten polyolefin in an extruder. A radical initiator such as a peroxide is also added. A multi-layer structure has the layer (a) of the binder based on a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing at least one alkyl (meth)acrylate in the presence of a polyolefin, a polyolefin (b) directly adhered to the layer (a), and the layer of a polymer selected from acrylic polymers and fluoropolymers. The thickness of the structure is 100 μm to several millimeters or several centimeters.
