Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a molded article of a required shape in accordance with the shape of a mold and prevent an occurrence of a flash in the molded article by eliminating an effect of gas an air in a cavity on the molded article during an injection process and a dwell process in an injection molding machine.
CONSTITUTION: During an injection process, a clamping force is changed twice by a multi-stage pressure controller between clamping forces 1 and 2. Furthermore, during a dwell process, the clamping force is changed four times among clamping forces 3-6. In this manner, the number and amount of mold opening are increased. Gas and air in a cavity are vented in six stages in total.
