To provide a multidomain vertically aligned liquid crystal display (MVA-LCD) panel including an active element array substrate, a counter substrate and a liquid crystal layer.
An active element array substrate includes scan lines, data lines, active elements, and pixel electrodes. The counter substrate includes a common electrode layer facing the active element array substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the active element array substrate and the counter substrate. Each pixel electrode has a first main slit, and a part near the data lines of the first main slit has a bend part. The common electrode layer has a second main slit, and a part near the scan lines of the second main slit has a bend part.
