Title:
MULTIFOCUS CAMERA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0815743
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a multifocus camera with a small space and simple constitution.

CONSTITUTION: When a feed screw 8 is rotated by a motor for focusing, a linearly moving barrel 6 is extended without rotating along an optical axis C. When the linearly moving barrel 6 is extended, the roller pin 5a of a rear group cam barrel 5 fitted into the linearly moving barrel 6 is moved in a part parallel with the optical axis C of a cam groove 7a formed on a fixed barrel 7. Therefore, the rear group cam barrel 5 is not rotated so that a rear group lens 2 is never relatively moved forward/backward with respect to a front group lens 1 by the relation of the lead cam groove 5b of the rear group cam barrel 5, the straight groove 6a of the linearly moving barrel 6 and the roller pin 4a of the rear group frame 4. Thus, the photographic lenses 1 and 2 are extended for focusing without changing their focal distances.
