To provide a multilayer coil where swelling to a core outer diameter direction in a face where wires of a lower layer and an upper layer intersect by feeding the wires in the case when two or above wires are normally wound to the core, and to provide winding method/device of the multilayer coil.

In the multilayer coil, n ((n) is integer of 2 or above) pieces of wires (4A and 4B) are normally wound to the core 2 whose cross-section is polygonal. An intersect 5 where the wires of the lower layer and the upper layer intersect by feeding one wire is formed on n-pieces of faces of the core 2. A twist 6 is formed on n-1 pieces of faces among n-pieces of faces. In the twist 6, the wire 4A rising on the upper layer from the lower layer and the wire 4B whose winding direction becomes opposite to the wire of the lower layer are twisted and arrangement of the wires is exchanged.
