In a multilayer thermoplastic composite material containing at least (a) a layer formed from a molding material based on a polyamide (in the polyamide, the ratio of amino terminal groups to carbonyl terminal groups is greater than 1) and (b) a second layer formed from a molding material based on a linear alternating polyketone polymer from carbon monoxide and an ethylenic unsaturated hydrocarbon compound [adjacent at least partially to the layer (a)], the two layers are bonded together.
