Abstract:
To reproduce recorded information without stopping audio and video at a discontinuous part though there is an hourly discontinuous part.
When a separation processing part 14 detects the discontinuity of a time stamp PCR showing a system time and the discontinuity of a time stamp PTS showing a display time, the time stamp PCR showing the system time is set again. Concerning an audio decoder 15 and a video decoder 16, the control of display is stopped until the restoration of continuity, reproduction is performed according to throughput and when continuity is restored, the control of display and reproduction by comparing the display time and the system time is started again.
