In addition, the multiple cylindrical coils include: annular insulation paper 120 in planar view located between the first cylindrical coil units 130 and the second cylindrical coil units 140; and a connection part 154 which mutually connects the first cylindrical coil 131 located innermost and the second cylindrical coil 141 located innermost, or the first cylindrical coil 131 located outermost and the second cylindrical coil 141 located outermost.
