Lead wires 18 and 11e connected to one ends of the heater wires 11a and 11b are disposed between the first glass tube 13 and the second glass tube 14, and two lead wires 20a and 20b electrically connected to both ends of the heater wires 11a and 11b are extracted from a same side.
