PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiprocessor system which can realize stable performance by adjusting the performance according to the system configuration.
SOLUTION: In the multiprocessor system which operates by a plurality of processors (10A, 10B, 10C), at the boot-up of the system, configuration information including the number of processors capable of operation is analyzed to decide the number of times of dummy loop to be inserted in the execution cycle of the processor according to the number of processors capable of operation, so that the performance can be adjusted according to the system configuration.
