Title:
MUSICAL SOUND SIGNAL SYNTHESIZING METHOD, PROGRAM AND MUSICAL SOUND SIGNAL SYNTHESIZER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012118412
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a musical sound signal synthesizing method, a program and a musical sound signal synthesizer capable of creating pseudo-instrumental sound expressing characteristics of sound emitted by a musical instrument of a three-dimensional structure having chords and a main body, in a realistic way.

The musical sound signal synthesizing method implements an operation with the use of simultaneous ordinary differential equations expressing the relationship among the force exerted against the chords calculated on the basis of performance information, the n-th order derivative (n=1, 2, ...) concerning displacement of a characteristic vibration mode of each chord on the mode coordinate or the time of the displacement, and the n-th order derivative (n=1, 2, ...) concerning displacement of a characteristic vibration mode of the main body on the mode coordinate or the time of the displacement.
