To prevent a thumb of a user having a weak power from becoming liable to slip away from a lever by enabling connection so that an auxiliary plate part may be movable to a rear portion of the lever for facilitating easy push of the lever.
An auxiliary plate part 7 is connected through a pin 10 to a rear portion of a lever 3 and is provided so that the lever 3 may be pushed easily, and thereby the lever 3 can be pushed with a small force by the function of lever 3. Contact parts 8 and 9 of the lever 3 and the plate 7 connected through the pin 10 penetrated therein have inclined surfaces, respectively, whereby the plate 7 can be used in a horizontal state with respect to a pair of members 1, 2 whose tips function as clippers and the plate 7 can be pushed easily. Since the plate 7 moves up and down when the lever 3 is moved at the time of storage, the plate 7 is made from a magnetic material, and upon the storage it is closely fitted to a body. The plate 7 is adapted to move up and down upon use. Accordingly, a person having a weak power can push the plate 7 easily and safely with a small force.
