Abstract:

PURPOSE: A nail lacquer remover, capable of nourishing the nail after use thereof with low dewaxing and without any danger of ignition and obtained by incorporating water into a cyclic ester based compound such as ethylene carbonate and glycerine carbonate.

CONSTITUTION: A nail lacquer remover prepared by incorporating preferably 2W20wt% water into a cyclic ester based compound (example; ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, glycerine carbonate or butylene carbonate) and adding a perfume, dye, etc., thereinto. The remover is excellent in that 1) it is capable of leaving pearly gloss therein because of its low dewaxing; 2) since it is capable nourishing the nail with a fat, water, etc., after use, it does not damage the nail; 3) there is no small of solvent during use; and 4) there is no danger of ignition.
