PURPOSE: To disassemble a three-substance composite member consisting of a support carrier made of hard plastic constituted so as to be made thicker than an outside foil, the intermediate layer made of a foam substance fixed on the carrier and the flexible foil fixed to the outside of the intermediate layer into pure kinds.
CONSTITUTION: A twin cutter 19 has mutually parallel shafts fitted with blades driven in reverse directions and disc blades 21, 21' provided to these shafts at a right angle are mutually shifted to be mutually meshed in a comb shape. The disc blades have hooks turned in a rotary direction formed to the outer peripheries thereof and these hooks draw an article to be cut into the gap between both shafts fitted with the blades. The fixed lattice blade 20 meshed with the disc blades 21, 21' is provided outside both shafts fitted with the blades to prevent the article to be cut from passing by the shafts fitted with the blades to slide out laterally. By this constitution, a coarse mixing component is discharged from a discharge port 31 at every one quantity after a discharge lid 29 is opened. A foam substance component can be reutilized according to circumstances after other plastic is separated.
