Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the operating performance of posture control by surveying the propelling locus of the control induction point of a shield tunnel excavator, and by setting a control position shift quantity to the excavation designing line of the control induction point with the actual excavation analysis of past newest specified frequency.

CONSTITUTION: A posture controller is composed of an automatically surveying means 6 for surveying the propelling locus of the arbitrary control induction point of a shield tunnel excavator 1 continuiusly, a locus controlling means 7 for processing the propelling locus of the control induction point of the shield tunnel excavator 1 automatically, and a posture controlling means 8 for comparing the position data of the control induction point with an excavation designing line Lb, and controlling the respective propelling hydraulic jacks 3 of the shield tunnel excavator 1 automatically according to the compared data. Then, by the posture controlling means 8, a control position shift quantity (d) to the excavation designing line Lb of the control induction point with the actual excavation analysis of past newest specified frequency is set, and the obtained excavation locus La and excavation designing line Lb are checked.
