Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize the temp. distribution of a belt-like member by always leaving each means for heating and cooling operate, on the belt-like member.
CONSTITUTION: This fixing device is constituted so that when a heating belt 1 is carried by the rotations of a heating roller 2 and a pressure roller 5, heaters H1 and H2 incorporated in respective rollers, and fans Fl and F2 disposed on the periphery of the heating belt 1, are always and simultaneously, operated, and the heating belt 1 can maintain the temp. distribution suitable for the fixing of a toner image, and this state is continued, at least, while an image forming device can execute printing, as a characteristic.
