Title:
MAGNETIZING METHOD FOR PERMANENT MAGNET FOR MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3003665
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable magnetization at minimum magnetizing voltage and magnetizing current required for 100% magnetization without fail, regardless of the change in the resistance of the applying wire, such as stator winding, to which a magnetizing voltage is applied in order to obviate setting of magnetizing voltage which takes a margin into consideration.
SOLUTION: This magnetizing method comprises a step S1 in which a magnetizing current ip obtained by adding a specified margin to a minimum current value i0 which is required for magnetizing a permanent magnet by 100% is set, a step S2 in which the relationship between a resistance r of the application wire before magnetization and a resistance R of the application wire after magnetization is predetermined and an expression of relation is set, a step S3 in which the resistance r of the application wire before magnetization is measured, a step S4 in which the resistance R of the application wire in the magnetization is set, based n the resistance r of the application wire determined in the step of S3 using a formula of relation determined in the step of S2, a step S5 in which a magnetizing voltage V to be applied to the application wire is set, based on the set resistance value R and the magnetizing current ip, and steps S6 and S7 in which the magnetizing voltage V set in the step of S5 is applied to the application wire, so that the permanent magnet is magnetized.
