Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use the inventory of an oil station having a plurality of underground tanks for the oil of the same kind by finishing the process to transfer of the oil from a tank large in reduction speed of the stored oil to a tank small in reduction speed when the residual quantity in the tank small in reduction speed of the stored oil reaches the stop value expressed by the prescribed formula.
SOLUTION: When an underground tank 7A is small in reduction of the quantity of the stored oil while an underground tank B is small in reduction of the quantity of the stored oil according to the difference in frequency of oil feed, a control device 6 operates and stores the stop value S which is the quantity of the residual oil in the underground tank A to stop the transfer of oil from the underground tank A to the underground tank B in accordance with the formula I, where Ib is the volume of the underground tank B, Va, Vb are the reduction speed of the stored oil in the underground tank A and the underground tank B, respectively. The control device 6 successively transfers oil from the underground tank a to the underground tank B so that the storage in the underground tank B is constantly full by opening a control valve 2, and when the quantity of the stored oil in the underground tank A is reduced, and reaches the stop value S, the control valve 2 is closed.
