PURPOSE: To promote coupling work efficiency by constituting a joint member of an internal cylinder film formed of a high tensile strength line fibrous material, and expansible internal cylinder film provided to the inside of the external cylinder film and fluid maintaining forms of the external and internal cylinder films under specific pressure.
CONSTITUTION: An external cylinder film 12 is formed of a high tensile strength line fibrous material placing a cylindrical joint member 11 inserting both ends into hollow section 1a of hollow structural members 1 and combining both structural members 1 with each other lengthwise, in a circumferential direction and slantwise. On the other hand, the internal cylinder film 13 abounding in expansion and having air-tightness is placed to the inside of the external cylinder film 12. An end metal fixture 14 is provided between the end of the internal cylinder film and the end of the external cylinder film 12. When fluid is enclosed into the internal cylinder film 13 through a pipe 15 provided to the end metal fixture 14 and is expanded, a pair of structural members are coupled with each other.
